Mental Health Awareness Week 2025

Mental Health Awareness Week 2025

Last week, to mark Mental Health Awareness Week, we had the absolute pleasure of hosting a special reception at the Houses of Parliament. We were so excited to share a short version of a beautiful film we’ve been creating with the brilliant filmmaker, Joby Newson.

The film captures the heartfelt stories of some of our amazing hosts and participants from White Loch in Scotland, Llyn Tegid in Bala, West Reservoir in Hackney, and Sidmouth beach in Sidmouth. A huge thank you to Jacqui, Audrey, Pete, Hazel, Richie, Lorna, Suranee, Piers, Debbie, and Nick for so generously sharing your journeys with us – and to your lovely groups for bravely dipping on camera too!

We’d love to hear what you think!
